We love what we do and it shows.   After owning a bakery in France since 1997, our family moved to Sarasota, Florida in 2015 to open our first "Rendez Vous" Bakery.  Only two years later followed the second location. With more than 23 years of experience in the field, we know our industry like the back of our hands. There’s no challenge too big or too small, and we dedicate our utmost energy to every project we take on. And now we want to share this with you.

Making authentic French pastries from scratch is what we do best.  And we want to share our know-how, recipes and success with you.  That’s why we launch the Almond Dream franchise, where authentic French food is offered at convenient small coffeeshop locations.
